Mythos is built around more than games on shelves and tables. It is a place for people who want to meet others, share hobbies, learn new games, and become part of a friendly local gaming culture.
Whether you are a board gamer, miniature painter, roleplayer, card player, collector, curious beginner, or someone who simply wants a social place to spend time, you are welcome here.
At Mythos, you do not need to arrive with a group. You can come as you are, join an event, ask for a recommendation, sit down for a game, or slowly find your way into the community.
Come alone, leave with a group
Many people love games but do not always have people to play with.
Mythos exists to make that easier. Our events, Discord, game nights, tournaments, and open play sessions are built to help people meet naturally around shared interests.
You can join a beginner friendly table, find opponents for miniature games, look for a roleplaying group, or simply ask what is happening this week.
No pressure. No gatekeeping. Just games, people, and good conversations.

Board games
Casual game nights, heavier strategy games, party games, co operative games, family games, and featured games from our library.
Miniature games
Warhammer, Spearhead, skirmish games, painting sessions, leagues, tournaments, and hobby talk.
Roleplaying games
One shots, beginner friendly sessions, campaign groups, strange plans, dramatic dice rolls, and probably at least one bad decision in a tavern.
Card games
Casual play, learning tables, community games, and future events.
Painting and hobby
Bring your models, paint together, learn from others, or just enjoy the quiet focus of a shared hobby table.

For beginners
You do not need experience to be part of Mythos.
We are building Mythos to be beginner friendly from the ground up. That means we help explain games, recommend good starting points, introduce people when possible, and create events where new players can feel comfortable joining.
Everyone starts somewhere.
For experienced players
If you already know your games, Mythos is also a place for you.
Bring your army, your favourite board game, your campaign idea, your weird deck, your painted models, or your very serious opinion about action economy. The community grows when experienced players share knowledge, invite others in, and help create a good atmosphere around the tables.

Mythos is rooted in Mölndal and the Gothenburg area.
We want to create a local meeting place where people can build friendships, discover games, and take part in something regular and welcoming. A place that feels alive not only because of what is sold here, but because of the people who keep coming back.
